Need to register a domain name. How does that work? Can I get name and then build website?
I have no webpage experience and limited word processing experience. I will create my webpages using Front Page. But I just don’t get how it all works. If I get my name and then build my site, how does my site get out to the world wide web? And how do I keep my site from getting buried?
