All he’s doing is teaching you how to build a website, how to put Google ads on it, how to promote (make videos, use yahoo answers, post links in places) etc. All that stuff can easily be found on the internet for free. You’re not just going to follow his instructions and instantly make money, no. But it is possible to make money from websites with google ads on it. That’s all that guy is showing you. It’s like showing someone how to paint a house. If someone shows you how to paint houses, are you going to say "is this a scam?". No, it’s not a scam, because he’s just showing you how to build websites, and how to put ads on it. To actually make money from those websites is up to you. You might learn how to paint from someone, but how to make money from it is up to you.
